PRÓLOGO

The way it administers justice in Colombia is not immune to national issues as part of our discussions. It was precisely in those discussions where I met the author of this work, Juan Carlos Quintero Calvache with whom I joined the big differences and ideological differences we have, and that in any way constitute an obstacle to forge a friendship sense.
now undeservedly prologue has asked me this book that will provide methodology for discussion not only versed in the adversarial criminal justice system but for all those who believe in constructive dialogue is the discovery of ways of thinking different from their own generation leading to the development towards a better life in the community.
I consider myself a technician, but these discussions have led me to know the political side that can take decisions in different sectors of the national context, taking the viewer that all decisions involve a technical reason, but also the feelings in each decisions have significant value. This work provides key elements for development and treatment of criminal legal discussions on the model of critical discussion, whatever that reveals the disturbing game of judicial debate and provides elements to counteract discursive stratagems that affect the proper forms of the trial.
The book provides historical background on the evolution of rhetoric and dialectic, demonstrating the practical reality that it is one of many avenues for legal argument in the space of the accusatory procedure. I consider this work the focus of consultation dialogues not only in the podium but in everyday life, hopefully their contributions are considered to Colombian culture that is generally believed that the revealed truth and is not aware of the richness of thought, may consider that there is a party; Plato said that "all dialogue transforms all those involved in it, which emerges the dialogue is not the same coming. "
The Colombians are shielded to allow penetration of the partner, whereas my belief is unshakable in that sense, the Colombian philosopher Charles B. Gutiérrez hermeneutic school representative in Latin America said in an interview with Miguel Silva Special to The Spectator, "We Colombians have the soul shielded against the differences. We are so dogmatic that we think others think like us 42 million, are for us all as each of us. That takes away the pleasure of the differences. "
The focus of the work raises the possibility of weakening the shield and allow to look at the opinion different. This work is aimed at a sector of society, my recommendation is that besides the administrators of Justice also members of other sectors of society must be read to allow opening their minds to other forms of human thought and thus recover a sense of pluralism that defies any easy reconciliation total. not for recreation, though I recommend reading it, is a textbook for those who feel bases is targeted at casual reader it is a way of thinking and a system of organization of thought led to discussion within the new system accusatory, but it allows to organize and make better use of dialogue, may well contribute more to development environment, which is due.
