The Vice President Julio Cobos signed tonight the new composition of the Bicameral legislative process, which analyzes the decrees of necessity and urgency (DNU), with an opposition majority, as it was voted a week ago in the Senate, and the ruling confirmed that take the issue to court.
Thus, Cobos acquiesced to the demand of the opposition, which he terminated the negotiations in the Senate after removal of the strategic balance in the Monitoring Committee and Legislative Procedures leave consists of five opponents and three officers NA said.
Through Decree 15/10, Senate owner said he made the decision through "the power granted to the Chair and as expressed by the president block the Radical Civic Union in the founding meeting of this Committee, dated December 30, 2009" .

Thus, the Bicameral Committee by the Senate shall be composed as follows: Luis Petcoff Naidenoff, Ramon Mestre, Adolfo Rodriguez Saa, Liliana Negre de Alonso, Luis Judge (all opponents), Nicolas Fernandez, Miguel Pichetto, and Marcelo Guinle (Official).
