In the framework of the visit of the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, Venezuela, both countries managed to sign a total of 25 agreements in various strategic areas such as energy, science and technology, food, among others.
Due to the busy schedule of officers publicly signed 14 agreements in the Ayacucho Hall of the Palace of Miraflores. which are detailed below:
1. Declaration of the presidents, which seeks to establish the agreements reached by two presidents during the official visit of President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez.
2. Final Act of the High-level Binational Commission to establish the progress made during the Second High-level Binational Commission Venezuela-Argentina held in Caracas on 12 and 13 April 2010.
3. Addendum No. 14 to the Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Argentina, to amend Annex II of the Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Argentina, in order that the Navy Bolivarian Venezuela adapts existing piers and the construction new, equipped with modern facilities and services, suitable to meet the needs not only of current military vessels, but the new patrol units and civilian ships. 4. 9. 11. Incorporation and Bylaws of the joint venture between PDVSA Industrial and GNC Galileo to be in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, a joint venture for the manufacture of compressors, pumps (gas stations) Natural Gas Vehicle.
12. Intersessional Work Programme and Impsa Corpoelec, construction Park farm in the Guajira (Zulia state), through which seeks to design and implement jointly the engineering, procurement and construction of a park of wind generation in the area of \u200b\u200bthe Guajira (Zulia state) with capacity (installed capacity) of 25.2 MW., including the connection to the mains at 24 kv.
13. Work Program between Corpoelec and Argentine companies Group (GEA), Electroingeniería and LECS, to strengthen its power generation and associated transmission system in Venezuela, in order to design and implement jointly a work schedule for project definition of generation and transmission electricity, aimed at the engineering, procurement and construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power plants and transmission systems in Venezuela, based on the guidelines issued by the Venezuelan side.
14. Act for receipt of tender for the construction of barges and ships for river transport between Saciyn Tandanor and Fluvialba SA in order to formalize the establishment of a joint stock company from the transformation of the current Transitional Union companies. Letter of Intent between the National Electricity Corporation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Metallurgical Company and F.
