Foundation denounces the intentions of the U.S. government of trying to separate the Puerto Ricans of their Latin American brothers, to impede their travel. murder of Filiberto Ojeda Rios on September 23, 2005, resort to these tactics trying to disrupt the bonds of the Puerto Rican solidarity with our Latin American brothers and Caribbean.

Foundation interference complaint FOR U.S. government in the lives of Puerto Ricans and the disruption of normal activities such as visits to foreign countries. Such actions demonstrate the reality of a colonial Puerto Rico and demonstrate the tight control maintained by the United States on our country. Until Puerto Rico do not own absolute sovereignty will not have decision-making power over who enters or leaves the country.
