Wonderful Carlos Alfonso. My comments:
1. The reservoir of Puerto Mallarino not store raw water from the Cauca River. Stored water has gone through the process of clarification of the plant and the water has been pre-chlorinated.
2. The construction of a plant with water from the Rio Pance, see it difficult for the topic of recreation of the people. We will have to resist many guardianships!

In those days I had a chance to see the videos of the project Chingaza to Bogotá, which imports water from another basin. I thought a lot in Cali, watching the video. What struck me and gives an unquestionable value to the project was the purity of water.
As for cost, water availability and people's health and competitiveness of Cali: priceless.
